You may return to the original layout by choosing Layout 1 in the same way we chose Layout 2.
ADDING INFORMATION TO A DATABASE
Open another sample data base named PRESIDENTS on your disk in the same way we opened the STATES data base. In this data base you will find each of the past presidents of the United States. Look through the data base to see the information found in it. If you move to the end of the document, you will see that the last president entered was George Bush. It is possible to add another president in the following manner. Say we want to add George W. Bush or Al Gore to our data base. To create a new record, use the Edit menu and choose New Record from the EDIT menu as shown below:
